Mauby Bark is made from the bark of the mauby tree. Also known as mavi in Puerto Rico, mabi in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. It is made with sugar and the bark of certain species of the mauby tree. Mauby is an herb that is species of a small tree native to northern Caribbean Islands, and in the Bahamas.
